LaptopNutz.com is a great group all ways E-mailed me back with in 1-3 days. They were very patient and friendly with the questions they had about my computer when they received it. They need some information that took me some time to get but they waited while I got it. Plus worked with me during the pricing process because my laptop was not what they expected. So don't forget to send what you would pay for. Plus the technician also was able to explain all the details of why I was given the price that I was given. In the end I wanted it returned. When I received the laptop it was secured in bubble rap and all of the exact parts I sent with it (I have pictures of them) where sent back. The process was very easy. I was sent a pre-paid FedEx label to my email. I packed the laptop up and mailed it out very next day. About a week later the laptop was received by LNuts and I received payment from Venmo. The process was simple and quick. I recommend them.
