Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
I was skeptical at first, but this was the best decision I made. The service was great and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends.
So easy to work with! Gave me a fair price and did not try to change the offer. I will return to them again when I'm ready to replace my present laptop.
