I recently sent my Dell laptop to LaptopNuts. It was easy to follow their instructions on their website. They gave me a fair quote, sent me a shipping label, I shipped the laptop on the same day. The whole process was quick and convenient. The crew there was extremely helpful, and they provided excellent communication. LaptopNuts is a great company to do business with and I would recommend them.
I would give 4 stars to laptopnuts.com only because the shipping box that I requested took longer than expected to be delivered. Other than that process was smooth and got paid via PayPal quickly.
I know a lot of places will let you trade in or recycle an old laptop or desktop computer but not everywhere they follow thru. The laptopnuts was very easy to use the site and have things ready to go with a quote in a few clicks. You can get PayPal or a check mailed to you. They give you a label to print and send it over UPS back to them. It arrived and they checked and there it was still in the computer. I forgot my sd card in the laptop before sending. Laptopnuts found it and sent it back to me. I got company check is on it’s way and I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to contact the company directly and how quickly they respond. I would highly recommend!!
