I have sent two laptops to laptop nuts.
One was in good condition. One was in poor condition. On both occasions, I received a fair offer and prompt service. I highly recommend laptop nuts.
Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
This company is very very trustworthy. I spoke with Anton personally and can attest to the fact that this gentleman was honest and direct. He will not try to low ball you or anything sketchy along these lines. I am very satisfied with the amount I received for my Macbook and can now happily embark on my trip abroad. Thank you so much.
