The process was very easy. I was sent a pre-paid FedEx label to my email. I packed the laptop up and mailed it out very next day. About a week later the laptop was received by LNuts and I received payment from Venmo. The process was simple and quick. I recommend them.

One model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I shared a photo and they were able to quote the value. I processed it online and got a mailing label. Packed all my laptops up and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. Good timing on the payment and I highly recommend this site for trading in your laptops. I will surely use it again in the future.
