This was a very easy online transaction for an older laptop that I wanted to sell rather than recycle. They sent me a prepaid label for shipping, and within a few days, I had my payment to my paypal account. I recommend this company without any apprehension. They respond fast but I sent my laptop and FedEx attempted a delivery but it was unsuccessful they did however persue to be professional when they sent a prepaid label and box and also a sleeve for the laptop but I haven't received my funds yet
