I was extremely skeptical with LaptopNuts at first but they are a legit company. They received my laptop on Friday according to FedEx and I got my payment on the Monday following that Friday. I do wish that they gave me regular updates on what was going on without me asking. That would be the only thing that I wish was better. The staff always responded to my questions and concerns in a fast and professional manner. Overall the experience was okay.
I got a pretty decent return on my broken Lenovo laptop. I'm very grateful. If it wasn't for laptopnuts, I probably would've gotten a lower offer from a different company.
