It was my first time selling my used laptop online and found LaptopNuts. All I had to do is print out a prepaid UPS label and drop off the laptop at my local UPS facility. I tried a different company email address they provided but there was no response until I got a generic email about two days ago addressed to everyone, "affected by a technical issue."
