Never did I expect to receive something for my old beaten up Dell. Had I known this company exists in the past, I would have not trashed two of the laptops I thought had no more use in this world. A+++
I was not sure about sending my old laptop to a company I'd never heard of at first, but I read reviews, did some research on them and sent an email to them and they gained my trust in a short period of time. Communication through email was great. They responded in a reasonable amount of time and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had in regards to selling my old laptop. Shipping was free which was a plus by way of the shipping label they emailed. The check I requested came in the mail in a reasonable amount of time as well. They also offer receiving money through PayPal which is another great option if you don't want a check. Great company I will definitely be using them again.
I work long nights and usually rest during the day. I need to ship my laptop and expected it would be a lot of trouble. To my great surprise, it wasn’t. I received a box and a shipping label in the mail, and after packing up my laptop, I dropped off the package at the nearest fedex. A week later paypal money came. Very satisfied. Glad to do business with you guys.
