My experience with this company was extremely good. They gave me a detailed qote than sent me a box with prepaid shipping label. After they received my laptop I had their estimated price in my paypal account. Good way to sell old laptops rather than recycle them.
Excellent experience! My package was delayed on FedEx's side due to snow storm, LaptopNuts Support reached out to FedEx to get status and once the laptop was received, I received money at my Pay Pal account same afternoon. Overall excellent communication and customer service. Will use LaptopNuts again and will refer to our friends and family.
