Nuts customer service was excellent. The process exceeded my expectations. It went exactly as explained. I searched for my laptops I wanted to trade in. Got a quote for the value. One model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I shared a photo and they were able to quote the value. I processed it online and got a mailing label. Packed all my laptops up and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. Good timing on the payment and I highly recommend this site for trading in your laptops. I will surely use it again in the future.

Excellent company to recycle laptop and get cash for them very easy to use and very trustworthy! I got the money as soon as they received my laptop. Definitely will use them again.
