Nuts customer service was excellent. The process exceeded my expectations. It went exactly as explained. I searched for my laptops I wanted to trade in. Got a quote for the value. One model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I shared a photo and they were able to quote the value. I processed it online and got a mailing label. Packed all my laptops up and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. Good timing on the payment and I highly recommend this site for trading in your laptops. I will surely use it again in the future.
If you just want to get rid of a laptop that you don't use anymore, and don't want it to go to a landfill than use this service. However, don't expect to actually get anywhere near your quoted amount. I'm not even sure if they ever actually paid me. I never got a notification from them about the laptops being received or payment. I honestly forgot about it for a couple months, and then checked my paypal when I remembered. I had a payment of $19 but there were no sender details. There's not good checklist options for filling out the quote either. I had a laptop that needed repair because its hinges were detached, but the computer still turned on, and I know for a fact that they could have been repaired. I selected poor condition and screen issues, since that was the closest option to show the laptop would need repairs when using the "GET A QUOTE" function. I was quoted for $75 for the newer laptop and $14 for the really old one, but I either received nothing or $19. It doesn't add up to me.
