To be honest I was skeptical to send my laptop at first. I checked reviews online and only after visiting "Better Business Bureau" which has excellent feedback for Laptop Nuts, I decided to give it a try. I was satisfied with the turnaround time. I received a PayPal payment after four days of sending my laptop.

I was not sure about sending my old laptop to a company I'd never heard of at first, but I read reviews, did some research on them and sent an email to them and they gained my trust in a short period of time. Communication through email was great. They responded in a reasonable amount of time and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had in regards to selling my old laptop. Shipping was free which was a plus by way of the shipping label they emailed. The check I requested came in the mail in a reasonable amount of time as well. They also offer receiving money through PayPal which is another great option if you don't want a check. Great company I will definitely be using them again.
