I was extremely skeptical with LaptopNuts at first but they are a legit company. They received my laptop on Friday according to FedEx and I got my payment on the Monday following that Friday. I do wish that they gave me regular updates on what was going on without me asking. That would be the only thing that I wish was better. The staff always responded to my questions and concerns in a fast and professional manner. Overall the experience was okay.
I know a lot of places will let you trade in or recycle an old laptop or desktop computer but not everywhere they follow thru. The laptopnuts was very easy to use the site and have things ready to go with a quote in a few clicks. You can get PayPal or a check mailed to you. They give you a label to print and send it over UPS back to them. It arrived and they checked and there it was still in the computer. I forgot my sd card in the laptop before sending. Laptopnuts found it and sent it back to me. I got company check is on it’s way and I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to contact the company directly and how quickly they respond. I would highly recommend!!
Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
