One laptop model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I have shared a photo and they were able to quote right the value. Got a mailing label. Packed up the laptops and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. I was in a very timely fashion.
