The customer service was the best. The whole process exceeded my expectations. It went exactly as explained. I searched for my laptops I wanted to trade in. Got a quote for their value. One laptop model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I have shared a photo and they were able to quote right the value. Got a mailing label. Packed up the laptops and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. I was in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this site for trading in your laptops for cash. I will surely use it again.
I really got worried once I sent my laptop in the packaging provided by laptopnuts. I did my research kinda too late, but the perfect business score on BBB calmed me down.

I was not sure about sending my old laptop to a company I'd never heard of at first, but I read reviews, did some research on them and sent an email to them and they gained my trust in a short period of time. Communication through email was great. They responded in a reasonable amount of time and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had in regards to selling my old laptop. Shipping was free which was a plus by way of the shipping label they emailed. The check I requested came in the mail in a reasonable amount of time as well. They also offer receiving money through PayPal which is another great option if you don't want a check. Great company I will definitely be using them again.
