I would give 4 stars to laptopnuts.com only because the shipping box that I requested took longer than expected to be delivered. Other than that process was smooth and got paid via PayPal quickly.
I got a pretty decent return on my broken Lenovo laptop. I'm very grateful. If it wasn't for laptopnuts, I probably would've gotten a lower offer from a different company.
