Nuts customer service was excellent. The process exceeded my expectations. It went exactly as explained. I searched for my laptops I wanted to trade in. Got a quote for the value. One model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I shared a photo and they were able to quote the value. I processed it online and got a mailing label. Packed all my laptops up and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. I was extremely skeptical with LaptopNuts at first but they are a legit company. They received my laptop on Friday according to FedEx and I got my payment on the Monday following that Friday. I do wish that they gave me regular updates on what was going on without me asking. That would be the only thing that I wish was better. The staff always responded to my questions and concerns in a fast and professional manner. Overall the experience was okay.
