They need some information that took me some time to get but they waited while I got it. Plus worked with me during the pricing process because my laptop was not what they expected. So don't forget to send what you would pay for. Plus the technician also was able to explain all the details of why I was given the price that I was given. In the end I wanted it returned. When I received the laptop it was secured in bubble rap and all of the exact parts I sent with it (I have pictures of them) where sent back. Nothing comes easy with internet transactions and trades. At least for me. None of it your guys’ fault. But even though I had trouble receiving emails, the turnaround time was only 5 days, which to be honest was much quicker than I expected.
