The customer service was excellent. The process exceeded my expectations. It went exactly as explained. Very nice experience to recycle my laptop with LaptopNuts. They are very responsible and professional.
I was extremely skeptical with LaptopNuts at first but they are a legit company. They received my laptop on Friday according to FedEx and I got my payment on the Monday following that Friday. I do wish that they gave me regular updates on what was going on without me asking. That would be the only thing that I wish was better. The staff always responded to my questions and concerns in a fast and professional manner. Overall the experience was okay.
