The whole buyback process was very simple. Just find your laptop, quote it and get the money. There are a lot of option for getting paid. The prices are fair. Site navigation is intuitive and easy to use. Thanks for keeping it simple, will sell my old laptop again!
They respond fast but I sent my laptop and FedEx attempted a delivery but it was unsuccessful they did however persue to be professional when they sent a prepaid label and box and also a sleeve for the laptop but I haven't received my funds yet
