was quoted higher price for my unit, but when Anton quoted me new price, i found out my Laptop was ancient!.....Anton even offered to pay out of his pocket to ship me my old laptop back, but he finally offered me $35 , up from $20 for a laptop he really had no need for, just out of the goodness of his heart....i am pleased, and can say nothing but good things about Laptopnuts.com... Anton has proven to be an honest, fair, businessman, and i plan on doing business with him in the future........Thank you, Anton!
I recently sold my old Dell laptop to LaptopNuts. It was easy to follow their instructions on the website. LaptopNuts gave me a fair quote, and after I was able to print shipping label. I shipped my computer same day. And I received the quoted amount a few days later. LaptopNuts is a great company to recycle old gadgets, I defiantly would do business with them again.
Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
