I know a lot of places will let you trade in or recycle an old laptop or desktop computer but not everywhere they follow thru. The laptopnuts was very easy to use the site and have things ready to go with a quote in a few clicks. You can get PayPal or a check mailed to you. They give you a label to print and send it over UPS back to them. It arrived and they checked and there it was still in the computer. I forgot my sd card in the laptop before sending. Laptopnuts found it and sent it back to me. I got company check is on it’s way and I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to contact the company directly and how quickly they respond. I would highly recommend!!
Excellent experience! My package was delayed on FedEx's side due to snow storm, LaptopNuts Support reached out to FedEx to get status and once the laptop was received, I received money at my Pay Pal account same afternoon. Overall excellent communication and customer service. Will use LaptopNuts again and will refer to our friends and family.
They respond fast but I sent my laptop and FedEx attempted a delivery but it was unsuccessful they did however persue to be professional when they sent a prepaid label and box and also a sleeve for the laptop but I haven't received my funds yet
