LaptopNutz.com is a great group all ways E-mailed me back with in 1-3 days. They were very patient and friendly with the questions they had about my computer when they received it. They need some information that took me some time to get but they waited while I got it. Plus worked with me during the pricing process because my laptop was not what they expected. So don't forget to send what you would pay for. Plus the technician also was able to explain all the details of why I was given the price that I was given. In the end I wanted it returned. When I received the laptop it was secured in bubble rap and all of the exact parts I sent with it (I have pictures of them) where sent back. So all in all Thank you LaptopNuts.com I will return if need be.
Label printed, box shipped out. Arrived next day. I never heard from them. I emailed asking the status update. They said they sent me an email but I never received one. I accepted their offer and got a check by the end of the week. I recommend checking on them after the package is delivered.
