Not to mislead anyone, but I have sent in a laptop worth $1000 dollars. The original quote was $979, however they adjusted that to $960 because I specified the wrong model. I admit that I did, but accidentally as I don’t know much about computers and technology in general. Nothing to complain about, but to let people know that they do adjust the original quote. So what you specified in the beginning gotta be true or you won’t get the exact amount!

LaptopNutz.com is a great group all ways E-mailed me back with in 1-3 days. They were very patient and friendly with the questions they had about my computer when they received it. They need some information that took me some time to get but they waited while I got it. Plus worked with me during the pricing process because my laptop was not what they expected. So don't forget to send what you would pay for. Plus the technician also was able to explain all the details of why I was given the price that I was given. In the end I wanted it returned. When I received the laptop it was secured in bubble rap and all of the exact parts I sent with it (I have pictures of them) where sent back.
