This is the best experience I've ever had with a company in general. They immediately responded to all my emails. Were very polite and responsive. I got to ship my laptop for free. They payout for the laptop was very reasonable and was awesome. Highly recommend if you're laptop isn't fully functioning and instead of sending it to an e-recycle company, getting some money back for it.
They work as professionals. I get higher rate for > 2-year-old laptop than others. So, surprised.
