I have made contact on website and followed all the instructions for selling my used laptop. I filled in the instant quote and immediately received email with prepaid UPS shipping. I shipped my computer and after it was delivered I received the quoted amount to my PayPal account, it was same day computer arrived at their facility. Couldn't ask for anything better. If you just want to get rid of a laptop that you don't use anymore, and don't want it to go to a landfill than use this service. However, don't expect to actually get anywhere near your quoted amount. I'm not even sure if they ever actually paid me. I never got a notification from them about the laptops being received or payment. I honestly forgot about it for a couple months, and then checked my paypal when I remembered. I had a payment of $19 but there were no sender details. There's not good checklist options for filling out the quote either. I had a laptop that needed repair because its hinges were detached, but the computer still turned on, and I know for a fact that they could have been repaired. I selected poor condition and screen issues, since that was the closest option to show the laptop would need repairs when using the "GET A QUOTE" function. I was quoted for $75 for the newer laptop and $14 for the really old one, but I either received nothing or $19. It doesn't add up to me.
