One laptop model didn’t show up in the search but a simple phone call and a text exchange where I have shared a photo and they were able to quote right the value. Got a mailing label. Packed up the laptops and a few days later received a quote with the anticipated value which was right in line with what was estimated. I was in a very timely fashion. Great company, and like other have stated, very fast and very quick to deposit money in your PayPal account. No fees, or worries about scammers that you would run into with other companies.
