It is relatively easy to search the model of my laptops, and the whole process, from searching to printing shipping label, only took me about 10 mins. Highly efficient and straightforward process. Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
