I sent in my HP laptop after a few years of ownership because of the black screen of death. I was given a quote based on my honest assessment of the condition of the laptop and was sent the quoted amount to my PayPal the same day they received my laptop. This company is very professional. They send the box to you with the shipping label, then you drop it off and they email you when they receive it! Got the money faster than expected with great service. Highly recommend!!
Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
