After examining my laptop (shipping to them is prepaid), they gave me ALMOST the original estimate, which, if you've sold electronics, is unheard of and just never happens. Excellent experience! My package was delayed on FedEx's side due to snow storm, LaptopNuts Support reached out to FedEx to get status and once the laptop was received, I received money at my Pay Pal account same afternoon.
