This was a great sale. I called and got a price. He sent me a FedEx certificate. He got the machine on Monday. I got my PayPal money on Tuesday. This is great.
Nowhere during the process do I recall it saying they don't accept water damaged items, all I see on here is broken devices, which it is. Even in the FAQ it says nothing. If you can find it & show me where on your website it says that I will change my review. But I aent a laptop in & I never heard back for weeks until I emailed them asking about to which it took 2 days for them to confirm it & then said they wouldn't pay me cause it wasn't as described when I said it was in poor condition & non working, which is true. At least be more clear in the process if this was gonna be a waste of time.
LaptopNutz.com is a great group all ways E-mailed me back with in 1-3 days. They were very patient and friendly with the questions they had about my computer when they received it. They need some information that took me some time to get but they waited while I got it. Plus worked with me during the pricing process because my laptop was not what they expected. So don't forget to send what you would pay for. Plus the technician also was able to explain all the details of why I was given the price that I was given. In the end I wanted it returned. When I received the laptop it was secured in bubble rap and all of the exact parts I sent with it (I have pictures of them) where sent back. So all in all Thank you LaptopNuts.com I will return if need be.
