I packed up my laptop and shipped it with the free shipping label I received. After a few days, my laptop was received and inspected, and my money was sent to me by PayPal. They sent me UPS shipping label and a quote regarding what they would pay for my broken laptops. I shipped my laptops and once they have got the package, I was paid within a day.
