My experience with this company was extremely good. They gave me a detailed qote than sent me a box with prepaid shipping label. After they received my laptop I had their estimated price in my paypal account. Good way to sell old laptops rather than recycle them.
They respond fast but I sent my laptop and FedEx attempted a delivery but it was unsuccessful they did however persue to be professional when they sent a prepaid label and box and also a sleeve for the laptop but I haven't received my funds yet
The whole process was very helpful and absolutely so amazing. Very fast, convenient, clear, easy, simple and awesome!! We would do it again if we could. Highly recommended and appreciate their help so much. Definitely recommended to my family and friends! Thank you all so much!
